Effects of cancellation
Payments will be refunded within 14 days of a valid withdrawal. The consumer bears return costs unless otherwise agreed.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply or expires:

Hygiene Articles / Worn Clothing: The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product is unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons and the seal has been removed.
Digital Content: The right of withdrawal expires once the consumer has explicitly agreed to begin performance of the contract and acknowledged loss of the right of withdrawal.
Services (Sessions): The right of withdrawal expires when the service has been fully performed or if the consumer explicitly agreed to start before the end of the withdrawal period.

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These GTC apply to all contracts between the Provider and customers regarding digital content, physical products, and personal services via amalie-von-stein.com.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products/services is non-binding. The customer makes a binding offer by sending the order/booking. The contract is concluded when the Provider accepts via email confirmation or starts performing the service.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments designated as "Tribute" or "Cash Gift" are voluntary donations by the customer; they are not a prerequisite for the performance of contractually offered services and do not establish an independent contractual claim for performance.

4. Hygiene Articles

Worn clothing or items sealed for hygiene reasons are excluded from exchange or withdrawal once the seal has been opened or the item has been used, to the extent permitted by law. Items are sold "as seen".

5. Digital Content

Purchase grants a simple, non-transferable license for private use only. Any redistribution, public sharing (e.g. on file-sharing sites or porn portals), or commercial use is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted.

6. Services (Sessions & Applications)

Agreed appointments are binding.
Free cancellation by the customer is possible up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment; thereafter, a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed session price may be charged, unless the customer proves that no or a significantly lower loss has been incurred.
There is no claim to the performance of specific acts.
The concrete design of the session is subject to legal requirements and the personal boundaries of the service provider.
The service provider is entitled to terminate a session if the customer violates agreed rules, legal requirements, or safety and respect boundaries. In this case, there is no claim to a refund to the extent the customer is responsible for the termination.

7. Liability

Unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, and damage to life, limb, or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
