Last August (2020) I made a life changing decision. I was really overweight at 330 lbs. and was feeling pretty miserable in the middle of lockdown. Living in East Texas I was comparatively lucky in that most things were open with a mask requirement. I have always hated physical exercise but this BDSM relationship helped me reframe it in a more acceptable way. We started slowly, in August, with a combination of walking and I joined a gym which was luckily still open but with limits on occupancy and mask requirements. The next time I visited him three months later, I had lost another 30 pounds.


The doctor was amazed and I he too me of my high blood pressure tablets at this appointment. Today, a year after starting my bdsm coaching journey, I hit my goal weight of 240 pounds (110kg), stopped taking my blood pressure and cholesterol pills, and soon even my diabetes medication will be off.
